Peer Review Process
Abstracts for the TDWG annual conference are reviewed by people approved by the Editors of the Proceedings. On submission, all authors are required to nominate a reviewer, but given the above, there is no guarantee that this reviewer will be used by the Editors.
Publication Frequency
All submitted abstracts for any year will be aggregated into an issue of The proceedings of TDWG with its own table of contents.
Archiving
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
About the Proceedings of TDWG
The Proceedings of TDWG represent a complete record of all approved abstracts submitted to annual conferences. Abstracts are solicited by the TDWG Executive Committee, the Conference Program Committee and by Session Chairs. Anyone can however submit and abstract for an oral presentation, a poster, a computer demonstration or as a 'contributed abstract (not presented).
Approval of all submissions is primarily the responsibility of the Session Chairs and Editors.
