Project Description
Atta is an information system and a database developed by the National Biodiversity Institute (Instituto Nacional de Biodiversidad - INBio) in Costa Rica to record, administer, generate, and disseminate information on the country’s biodiversity. The Biodiversity Information System includes information on all the specimens that have been collected and studied by INBio since it was founded in 1989.
